This company is a joke we have had nothing but problems from day 1. We went for the phone & broadband package but it took months for them to set up and then there were still problems. I had to take a number of days off work for them to come out & try and sort.
This was about 6 months ago - I now haven't been able to use my phone for nearly three weeks. About a week ago it took me an hour and a half to get through to the call centre (on my mobile so probably cost loads). All they could do was apologise & say they are aware of the network problem & should be back up the next day - that was a week ago & we still have no phone & can't get through to the customer service centre!!! I asked about cancelling but they want to charge me £95!! When I complained they told me they couldn't do anything & to put it in writing!
