After using Jet 2 for the last 5 years I thought they were very good until I have just booked for next year. The booking confirmation came back in Euro's which given that I live 10 minutes from Leeds/Bradford was obviously incorrect. But trying to talk to someone about this has been impossible. Firstly I have tried to call their Customer Services which I was charged 50penece per minute for and was no use whatsoever. I am still trying to sort out now so if anyone has any idea's on how to get in touch with them I would be very grateful.

    As per guest comments from 20th Oct - We have also used Jet 2 for a number of years and suddenly dispite all the charges on the website being in pounds sterling the final booking confirmation is in euros - and this is what has been charged to my credit card - the final bill now being £100 more than we expected it to be - have put a complaint into BBC Watchdog - would suggest others do too!!!!!! Very Angry!!!!!!!

    luckerly for you, If you choose to go to Portugal again from Leeds/Bradford, you wont have to fly Jet2. Ryanair is setting up a base at Leeds/Bradford and will fly to 14 new destinations, Faro/Portugal being one of them.
