where as i pleased with the overall service have had(price, coverage)but my mum ordered a new phone as we are just renewing our contract and when she recieved it it was the wrong colour(which is VERY important to me as it wasnt pink) we were very annoyed as my mum had got it for my 18th birthday and i have been looking forward to getting a new one for ages. i then was told i would get it within a few days. i have now been told (5 days later) that they will not send another one for a few days and by that time i wil be on holiday for a week or so. considering we have been with orange for many many years now i am EXTREMLY ANOYED and disapointed with the service we have had over this and it has ruined my entire birthday! ! !
