Bad customer service, bad experience overall. Xoom contacted me to say my transaction had not been funded, when I called them to find out why, they refused to let me cancel the transaction and are insisting I use a credit card (and have to pay their extortionate fees) to fund the transaction instead of them processing the bank account details I gave them. DO NOT USE unless you want to be ripped off and spend hours of your time on the phone trying to find out what went wrong and being given no answers but the usual customer service script. Oh, and as well as the bad exchange rates, they hold on to your money for days, making even more out of you in the process.
