I am pleased with my website. I've had many positive comments about the layout and colours used. I've also been told that it looks very professional and trustworthy - which is good as i'm an online shop.
It's good that you are assigned one designer only and therefore one contact person who can design your ideas and answer your queries and/or field your queries to the correct department.
However, i was rather disappointed with the customer service side. When i asked for my site to go live i was told it would take 48 hours. However, i wasn't told 48 hours in your system and that it may take longer for it to go 'live' so people can actually view it. I feel clearer explanations are needed regarding what 'live' actually means.
