I have regularly travelled on TAP for the last 2 years. I have grown to hate air travel thanks to this airline.
I used to fly the Lisbon to Angola route and it seems they felt that this route and us passengers deserved their worst aircraft. The plane was always late due to engine problems and most of the electrics did not work...so even if you managed to crane your neck for a tv screen view, you couldn't listen to the dialogue.
I'm not often a fish eater but it was the only vaguely edible dish they ever served and breakfast often made me want to vomit.
I flew them of no choice of my own due to working dates and all I can say is thank goodness for the onboard staff! Without their polite manner and smiles this flight would have been 100% hell and not just 99% hell.
