Cannot fault Argos who willingly changed my PHILLIPS steam generator (cos £199), originaly purchased in Jan 07, had to changed in Feb 08 (due to fault) and again in April 08. The generator went faulty again in Oct 09 and Argos honoured the two year guarantee from the replacement date of April 09. Phillips however were unhelpful and refussed to repair the item as they said it was out of guarantee, from the original purchase date. DONT TOUCH A PHILLIPS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICE.
