OMG. I wish I knew about this site before I made the mistake of purchasing my new and expensive bed from Benson's (Relyon Reactaform 1440 Airflow Bed - Luxery apparantly!!). They delivered it a week later than they should have done, it was minus some parts and after spending a very uncomfortable number of nighs sweating and sinking into an apparant dip in the middle I made the mistake of contacting 'Customer Services'. What a joke, it took me all afternoon to get through to them, when I eventually did the first person I spoke to hung up within 30 seconds (unprovoked I might add), the second was downright rude and threatened to hang up on me even though I was not being rude or out of order but was understandably upset and annoyed. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she would not let me. I requested that the supervisor contact me and was told that she would the next day. Three days later I had to chase them up, but got no where (the supervisor did not comment at all on how I had been dealt with). I feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall and they have taken £700 pounds of my hard earned money. Please do not make the same mistake that I did.
