I wonder if anyone can help me...

Me and my partner recently changed our insurance to Ecar and was advised that payment would be taken each month for the insurance. However, i have literally just noticed that not one payment has been taken out of my account from Pancacea (their finance company) but from Conister Trust Plc. Is this correct?

I have tried to email them as you cant call but still waiting on a response. Having read your reviews i now know that Conister Trust Plc are to do with Ecar but not sure if them taking our money is a good thing?!

Please help!
