Even the single star is way too much. I find the representatives unhelpful and to be blunt "thick". They do not seem to understand that you/I as a customer are paying for their service on a monthly basis let alone the rediculous up-front fee that you have to pay.

I am contacting my creditors and requesting if they will continue with any reduced interest deals. Additionally the forty pounds per month admin fee will be distributed between then so reducu-ing the debt quicker.

If anyone were to mention Churchwood my response is "FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DONT DO IT"
