I've used amazon for the past 7 or 8 years and have always found their site to be easy to use and order from.

They have never really let me down when it comes to delivery times and quality of the product on delivery (e.g. never had damaged goods etc).

I particularly like the recommendations system they have and the ability for customers to create lists of products that you can browse. It's a great way to find new books and films that are of a similar nature to ones you already like.

I do tend to only order goods that are from amazon themselves which is something to keep an eye on as they offer goods for sale from third party businesses.
