AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

Find and dandy until you have an accident

Had an accident last xmas eve, not my fault, was told by them(ELDON who are E-CARS lawyers)that my car was worth less than my excess so I never received a payment. I started an independent PI claim against the other driver, my solicitor(not an E-car or ELDON employee) managed to get an acceptance of the liability over 8 weeks ago, I rang ELDON(several times as they don't answer very often), who seem to have no idea and said it was up to me to provide them with proof of liability acceptance! still ongoing now, has taken them 10 months and still haven't confirmed liability.
