Made a claim and i sent of the phone in the self addressed envolope they provided.

They then said they had not recieved the phone 2 weeks later, i contacted the Royal Male who provided me with the correct number to find out it was signed for at there destination.

They still said that it had not been recieved to then i found a nice email in my inbox claiming that they have cancelled my policy as of that day.

So i am now a phone down, (iPhone to be exact) and £75 exccess as well as 17 monthly payments of £7.50. Not only that the nearly 6 hours thus i have spent on hold to them.

As stupidly high rates of over £1.50 per minute.

NEVER EVER EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

The staff were also rude, had the phone put down on me 3 times as they didn't know the answer, once was as it was home time she went im going home now and put the phone down mid way through conversation, there manager is not any better.

Utter utter joke!
