This place is a joke, i ordered a few parts for my sons bike and i was waiting 18 days and i tried to contact them and was unable to get through to ANYONE on the phone. It just kept saying the person you were trying to reach was unavaliable. Couldnt leave a message, wasnt put through to anyone else. Its a complete shambles!

So i e-mailed them and STILL there was no reply to that either, i never did get an e-mail reply from them. So i spent the whole of the next few days trying to ring them and i was eventually able to get through to some one who said they would do a full refund.

HA IM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND. this order was placed on 16th of September!! you have got to be bloody kidding me.

I have to go through my credit card company now to get my refund because these guys are hopeless!
