This is my experience with Chemist Direct:

I had placed an Order from US for few Wavesense Jazz products which is not widely available in US online websites or stores. After two days I didn't receive any update and had an online chat with their executive.

They said the order has been chased and marked as Urgent. I thought it will be shipped soon. I didn't receive any update, again I had a chat why it is delayed. Again I got the same answer. The next day I lost my patience and asked them not to repeat the same answer and let me know the correct reason. Then they said there is some stock issue and they can't ship it for another 1 week.

After 4 days I received a mail our billing address is not matching with the shipping address and they cant deliver it. Then I agreed and asked them to ship it to Billing address itself.

Till date I have not received any response from them. I don't know how many more days we need to wait.

Think twice before you place any order in this website. As I am from a different country I dont know what action I can take against Chemist Direct.
