DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I was told it would take a few minutes to start up initially which was fine. The first I used it I had no trouble but from then on it took 15minutes of continually pressing retry to establish a connection. I think I should have been warned that the product is unreliable before purchasing, especially after signing a years contract. I have given up and regret paying the money for it.
