I was shopping with my sister-in-law and having had my own wedding 3 years previous am a wedding dress shopping veteran. The staff were unhelpful, and the rather larger lady kept using the same condesending phrases to each bride in ear shot of the other brides.
It didnt feel special as squeezing brides into the same floor space was intimading and impersonnal.
There was a large variety of dresses however the prices were on the expensive side. The sales assistant kept commenting on that we only had so much 'alloted time' to try dresses on again really spoiling the moment.
Luckily, other wedding shops were much more accomodating and gave us that special day we were hoping for along with a stunning dress NOT from Emma Roy.
