This company is outrageous. Stay well clear.

I dropped my iPhone over a month ago and sent it off within a week of dropping it (had to wait for the packaging to be sent to me) still nothing back.

I have chased several times via e-mail as I refuse to pay for their over priced phone service. Not only have they not answered the questions I have asked they take over a week to give you a mail back saying "still waiting on Apple". It takes 2 screws to be undone and a new screen can then be fitted. Why this takes a month to do is beyond be.

Echo the 48hr return letter sent with the packaging, what a farce.

As others have said, stay well clear. I am considering asking for a refund and getting insured with o2!!
