I ordered Grease Lightning Blockbuster with 8 large micro cloths. When the Cloths arrived, they sent me 4 small cloths at £9.99, how did they get this wrong when the large ones were advertised for the same price. So i rang the customer service, on the other line was a Asian lady she said she could not hear me and told me to put the phone down i was angry bec i have been holding on for 8 minutes and its not even a free number, so i rang again and it was a gentleman on the other line and i explained what happened he appologised and told me that they would have to refund me the money and re-order the product i was LIVID by now, why cant they just exchange the product it was the same price. they need to bring the call cantre back here in india they cannot understand us and i am Asian. Is ideal world going to refund my telephone callthat i made? QVC has a better service.Everyone should order off them not ideal world. Mrs Kaur
