After being given a quote of $160 to hire a car for 4 days (through priceline.com). The next day I queued over an hour and a half at the Hertz desk (while my wife and children had to sit in the middle of the floor) only to be informed that the actual cost would include an additional $120 for the hire of 2 child seats, despite the fact these had been requested in the information provided for the quote. I was informed I was free to go and queue at another car rental desk to try and get a better deal. Rip off. I shall never use Hertz (or priceline) again.
