Placed an order with this company without checking any review sites as I was given their brouchure by a colleague who I assumed had dealt with them before.

All the other reviews on this site mirror my experience.
On the positive, I received an office chair as part of my order very promptly and I am very happy with it.
The problems relate to the order of desk, pedetal and table. Received initial phone call telling me of delivery date but like others, nothing appeared. Continually have had to chase them from then on and got the same excuses and impression of total chaos and lack of any kind of system management others have mentioned. Finally cancelled order and have an e-mail saying I will get a refund within 5-7 days, however not holding out much hope that this timescale will be met. Will be in Glasgow over the next few weeks so will be paying them a personal visit if nothing happens.
I pity the people who work for this bunch as they must get dogs abuse over the phone when they eventually answer it.
When some perfectly decent companies are going to the wall it is hard to understand how others manage to keep trading.
