Bathstore promised delivery of goods within 10 days. Some month later when WE queried where goods were (they hadn't bothered to write/call), it appears that they weren't in stock after all and suddenly all very vague about delivery dates - far from ideal with the installation dates already booked. Hellish job getting them to even understand that this poses a problem and refund.
Shall neither do business with this company nor recommend to anyone in future.
