PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I have never in my life felt the urge to write a bad review but I can honestly say that my experience with this company was he worst I have experienced. First of all the goods dont arrive when expected, then they dont answer emails when you attempt to find out where the goods are. Finally when they do answer, they are extremely rude and try to fob you off with pathetic excuses and say patronising things like "we are extremely busy please be patient" etc!! My goods arrived after around 6 weeks and this was after I had all but given up on them and had stopped sending emails to beauty parlor because they were so rude with me. The products were posted in the SOuth of France and are clearly knock off sample size products. All in all I would say the worst company in the Uk - avoid at all costs. 2 of my friends mistakenly placed orders at the same time and had EXACTLY the same poor experience and bad customer service - in fact one of my friends claimed back the money she had spent from her credit card company as the goods NEVER arrived!! They were also rude and patronising to her in the same way as with me. Please trust me this company are cowboys and robbers - BUY AT YOUR OWN PERIL; any positive reviews on here are Im quite sure posted by the company themselves in a desperate attempt to keep the star rating up.
