Recently booked via this bunch and have had appaling service!! SO STAY AWAY!!

They charged us £40.25 for a small car from London Gatwick to Luton Airport.

We printed out their paperwork and arrived at Hertz to find out the booking was twice as much as we were told. Told Hertz we didn't want it.

Contacted Atlaschoice, and we told we wouldn't get a refund as we walked away from the booking.

After 2 weeks of threatening action I have had a £30 refund, and been charged £10 admin fee.

Not good enough so taking action against them.

Mail me if you want in. Contacted the BBC Watchdog, so more the merrier.
