I'm a business customer of the co-op and I am appalled at their poor policies, obnoxious staff and find it incredible that they force customers to use their premium rate phone lines to resolve issues.

Their internet banking security poilcy forces customers to frequently change passwords (thats when it does work) and if you don't login to your account you get blocked out and have to ring a premium phone nuber 0870.

After waiting 6 mins (at 10p per minute), i gave up and rang their 0845 number (5p per min), i then had to wait 13 mins to get an answer to make my complaint, to be told that they would not change their policy before even escalating the complaint to their management!

I was told not to waste my time complaining as they were not going to change their security policy to meet my needs - how irate was I to hear this! They suck! And i'm finding myself a new banking partner.

p.s. at the end of the process, they still did not manage to force change my password so that i could log in.
