Purchased a hdd video recorder, money taken out of account immediately. When viewing order online status kept saying in progress. Rang up to be told out of stock for another week or so. I said I wanted to cancel the order which they said they would and I would recieve a refund in 4 working days. Like everybody else the money never appears. Everytime you ring up they say it should have gone througn and accounts will authorise it again.
In the hands of the Credit card company and I have suggested they should investigate this company as everbody seems to having the same issue.
They deserve zero score but it wont let me do that.

Avoid at all costs
