If you want a flight of playing games and poor customer service then this is the company for you. If you actually want to join your flight then it is better to fly a slightly more expensive airline - aer lingus was wonderful! If he is playing games with us (the customer) then the Ryanair boss is also playing games with the staff and they are responsible for my safety. I would rather pay a little more!
