I was quite frustrated with Expedia in getting even a simple record on the fee they charged me upon changing my flight schedule. They were quick to charge the penalties but when I requested a sort of receipt of it, they have never come back to me, even if I called them "four times" and an additional email request. Only when I confronted them in my fourth call, they finally gave me the information making an excuse that the request usually takes four to five days. It is more than a week and they have not even contacted me. I was originally told to receive the record in 24 hours after my request. I am quite disappointed by lack of their responsiveness. I am afraid that I won't use Expedia again and so did I ask my wife not to use it.
