first and foremost I am ONLY giving this horrible company a star because I HAVE TO. What I really want to give it is absolutely no stars what so ever!!! Secondly, DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life!!! I work as a customer service representative and have so for 10 years!!! They DO NOT care one bit about the customer!!! The ONLY reason I even knew I had a problem was the EARLY phone call made on a SUNDAY!! I did not appreciate that call being I work doubles so I don't go to bed until around 1am and DO NOT appreciate being woken up at 6am!!! At a decent time I called Victoria Secret back and first waited for 30 MINUTES!!! Finally I hung up and dealt with the assholes at World Financial. What morons!!! Thanks World Financial for compltely SCREWING up my credit for a measely $20!!!! Thank you so much for SCREWING up all my hard work all the extra hours I put into my day working not one but two jobs, two!! Thank you so much World Fianacial!!
