O2 deliver decent speeds thru the day of 5.5mb but on an evening my conection would drop to as low as 0.10mb, customer service blame everything from BT to neighbors downloading big files to virus's & leaves on the line. They spent 7 months tellling me that they'd fixed it only for it to remain the same. I finally managed to get out of there contract without penalty. Would not go to o2 ever again, rubbish.
