"Out of hours charge" 15Euros both at pick up and return which "had" to be paid in cash. No mention of this on rental voucher. Air Auto rep insisted that this was displayed on website which it is on Air Auto website but my contract was with Car Trawler. With 2 tired kids and stressed wife I wasn't going to dig my heals in. Found scratches on car next day which I couldn't see in darkness at pick up - fortunately not pulled up for these on return but added a bit of unnecessary stress. I won't be using Air Auto again.
