Amazing location. Great facilities. Security and lifeguarding is excellent. Makes you feel really safe. Ed's cafe is an excellent venue offering family value and provides great local food. Hillend Staff are super helpful and attract a great crowd! The shop has everything you can think of. Local produce is a must if you are cooking.... We go every year and would recommend to any family or group of well behaved youngsters to go and enjoy the experience. Go mid week for a good pitch and stay a weekend and see the surfer dudes arrive. Only comment is: Available fire wood would be great. Campfires are a must to complete the wild, back to nature experience of Hillend
