Having read reviews on this site, I was worried about a booking I had made for a hotel in Palma, Majorca. The price was very cheap (half the price of other usually cheap websites) and I started to have doubts. I emailed travel republic with my concerns and they checked my booking with the supplier. They also provided an on call mobile number for when I arrived on Saturday night. There was a local problem which they sorted out straightaway, even phoning to confirm all was well the next morning. SO.. in my experience both customer service and value for money were exceptional .
