I cannot find fault with my purchase from buyacar.com. They had a very good price for my new BMW, saving me over £3,000. I was able to choose from all factory options and they let me change my mind about one option after a few days. I was always able to get hold of them on the phone, though emails were not always answered.

The car was ready in around 6 weeks instead of the 10-12 weeks I was expecting and there was no problem in me talking directly to the UK main dealer about delivery dates and insurance. The only worrying point was that I had to transfer the money for the car to buyacar rather than to the BMW dealer, which would have given me more peace of mind.

In short, I received a great service and my car arrived with all the options I specified and some weeks ahead of schedule
