DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. They are not transparent and are difficult to contact, only via India call centre who can do nothing to help you. They take your money before sending the goods and do not keep you informed WHEN there is a delay in sending you the goods. They are RUBBISH. I have being buying from QVC for years and their customer services is THE BEST, they are transparent and you can contact them anytime and their customer services are based in UK. They do not take your money uintil they despatch the goods. DON'T BUY FROM IDEAL WORLD THEY ARE RUBBISH.
