How I wish I had read the reviews in here first. I would have saved myself not only many hours of trying to get the customer services department to stop treating me like a fool, but I would have saved my family a lot of grief and money.
I paid £215 for a medium sized car. When we arrived at the airport, late in the evening, with two children, we found the cabin shut and no car. We were very lucky to get a very tiny car from another operator for twice the price.
On return home we recovered most of the original payment, but the breathtakingly bad customer services people have taken five months to finally decide not to compensate us for further loss.
Please do not use them. They deserve only contempt.
