I too have been with direct Line for years. there was a problem with water last year which they refused to pay out for which I found very dubious. but now I find that they charged me the £900!!!!! to send someone out. for one hour. so even though they have refused the claim they have raised the premium by £15 a month which in my calculations is £180 extra. I am so upset this is dishonest I think.
