We stayed at the Botel Alcudiamar in Alcudia, Majorca in October 2009, the transfers from the airport to hotel went smoothly, however when I rang to reconfirm return journey, Resort Hoppa stated that we had to meet the coach at the taxi rank quite some distance away. it was only due to the kindness of the hotel receptionist using his own car to transport us and the luggage that avoided any problems,He did say he has this problem all the time with this company, It seems an odd state of affairs that the coach can drop you off at the hotel but can't pick you up from there, If anyone had some sort of disability how they would manage I do not know. Come on Resort Hoppa get your act together.
