My problem with this company appeared when they charged me £15 for change of address recently. Took them seconds to do & sent me a bill for this amount. Pay up within 2 weeks or get your insurance stopped. Obviously making enough cash that they can risk losing & alienating customers for this. Pffft. Poor.
