CARTRAWLER is responsible for arranging hire vehicles via other car rental companies. we had a bad experienc with ERBOY CAR RENTAL COMPANY in TURKEY. The vehicles supplied WERE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and to add insult to injury we were charged £889.77 for a mechanical fault that developed on one of the hire cars and only discovered this charge to our credit card when we arrived back home. we also incurred other expences and asked for compensation this was declined from CARTRAWLER. our advice to anyone. intending to use the services of CARTRAWLER.COM AVOID AT ALL COST
