Insured buildings and contents. Was informed policy wouls arrive within 5 working days Three weeks on still has not arrived. Phoned seven times and have not yet managed to speak to any one despite on one occasion holding on for 3o minutes. The irritating female recorded message which tells you every 30 seconds that your message is important drives me crazy. Important. REALLY?
I only hope I never have to make a claim. Will I renew next year No NO NO
