Had been with TalkTalk for over a year now, and the service has been fairly unreliable, it seems they change it with seasons. Some times the consistency of the broadband is good, and it will be fine for weeks, though when you start to get problems, they will stay with you no matter what. Recently been having drops every 10 minutes, and last few weeks have been horrible - takes around 20-30 minutes to get the first signal then you get disconnected very often. Customer service is also useless - they say that they're changing some 'frequency of the line to make it better' which meant that they fixed it for around one hour, and I thought that it actually was finally fixed. I was wrong. To me it seems that they have a problem, yet they consistently ask you about the equipment you have and whether you've changed your microfilters and so on. Useless to call, don't waste your time. There are plenty of cheaper, much more reliable and faster broadbands. It's not free, that's bs, you can only get it as a bundle.
