The customer is really papmered at time of ordering but then altogether forgotten.Balance payment (substential) of my order was taken without prior advice.Phoning the company to get advice of delivery etc is a nightmare and I did worry for many weeks prior to delivery that I had been stung. Finally furniture did arrive . Looks good originally but within a few weeks the leather seats are "bubbling" leather has stretched. My overall experience: maximum 2 out of 5 and I would NOT recommend Designer Living www.designerliving.eu . (Had ordered at Ideal Home London April 2008)
