Stay away from this company! I would strongly recommend that noone ever purchase any product of AXA's from their portfolio. Having made a claim last year they did every thing possible to delay processing in an deliberate item to frustrate so I may drop the claim. They requested duplicate documentation several times, basically couldnt add two invoices together, deliberately held back correspondence, breached Data Protection and FSA claims handling rules and then finally upon settlement took 2 months to pay out!
