I have been a customer with lloyds Tsb Offshore for 7 years. at first i thought i made a good choice with easy access for the money and transfering ..
Now im very disgusted with the the services of Lloyds Tsb.
Firstly its so difficult to notify them that you have changed address .
secondly great i get the letters to confirm i have changed address .when i phone up for an issue i am constantly put on hold listening to poor music and being passed on from one person to another and nothing is solved. They keep asking for your personal details again agan .
Yesturday I was on the phone for 3/4 hour and was asked 7 times about my
personal details .. The problem wasnt solved..

I have being doing this since JUly 2009
My phone bill was extremly high and i pay 95 us dollars a year for the account services for this Utter rubbish ..I cant even close the account

Can anyone please advise me -iam very frustrated
