I am still indispute with Canadian Affair over the alterations they made to my pre-booked seats.
Booked and paid in full in Nov 2008, confirmed (after a lot of hassle) on May 6, then altered on May 29.
Their Managing Director, Anette Rayner, "refutes the suggestion that somewhere between your booking and travelling we changed your seats".
Amazing, and I have the invoices to prove it!
The seats were altered again at check-in because "Thomas Cook altered the aircraft for operational reasons on the day"
I have managed to get my seat-booking fee (£9 each) refunded but they refuse to give me any compensation.
Am now investigating the ABTA complaints process............can't be any worse!
