my family sent a package from dhl el salvador to dhl edmonton, ab canada they pay for the so call overnight service they sent the package oct 7 2009 and today is oct 16 2009 and i havent recieve anything yet and everytime i call they are so rude they wont let me speak to a manager I WOULD NEVER USE DHL SERVICE EVER AGAIN
