We bought a kitchen from KD (13.5K) originally we were told three days for installation. After five days the fitters left having broken two of the appliances which needed replacing, and having to order goods that had been incorrectly supplied. It is now four weeks and our kitchen is still not finished.
If you use this company you have to pay all your money on delivery. You will be appointed a Project Manager who is virtually inaccessible. You will be kept waiting on average between 7-10 minutes if you call KD Customer Service, where it is unlikely that your queries will be answered.
Waited all day for the fitter to come, and he never arrived!On the whole, a good product in the hands of incompetents.
