I have to start by saying that the location is breath taking and our caravan was clean and really quite nice ....This was our 10th Sun holiday and to say we were dissappointed is an understatement. We were a group of 12, with varying age groups hoping to make the most of the facilities advertised.....oh yes, there weren't any! Absolutely nothing was open.We were expected to pay a deposit for this and another for that and the owner was so rude and unhelpful...how the park ever got the stars that are advertised I will never know. It is a shame for the local area because tourism is very important to Cornwall. She is certainly not helping to promote a friendly welcome to the area. Please do not let this put you off visiting this beautiful part of Cornwall, just find another place to stay, where you are more likely to feel they actually want you to come ...
