Don't ever use Roomsnet.com. I have twice turned up at hotels to be told the rooms had been cancelled at the last minute. The first time I thought it was just bad luck and they did reimburse me £432 for two rooms at the Hilton although I had an hour of panic with no room in central London. I had used the company before and had no trouble so gave them a second chance. Two days before arriving I telephoned the hotel to check my reservation and was told all in order. On arrival I was told the room was cancelled the day before. I have since had a refund of what I paid in the first place but no additional funds promised which I had to pay to rebook a room and that was 2 months ago. I will never chance using them again.
